    This guy was begging to be drank when I got home.. Man its a great beer, and still tasted good even after the time it sat around in my fridge.

    Just cracked this guy open, and about to sit around and wait on my wife to get home..

    Not a bad beer.. A bit sweet, and darker than expected, but the Galaxy nose on it is great.

    For the 200th post, I'll pull up this one:

    I've had a mixed, mostly disappointing week of beer....some shiny examples, but
    I also ran through a bunch of fading IPA's and stale acquisitions and gifted 'tries' that
    all managed to underwhelm in some way. The above, a nice antidote indeed!

    Moved on to Wisdom Teeth from Tired Hands - a Brett Pale Ale brewed with oats, Belgian D2 syrup, and hopped exclusively with Chinook. Fermented with a blend of Crooked Stave yeast. Fantastic stuff!!!
