    Hey Guys,

Just was wondering what time of year the BA Pt5 is released? I know the regular is in February and I am curious. Let me know, thanks!

I believe this year it was released at the 4 Elf Party they have in early December. Its brewery only. No distribution. They also had it on tap at the brewpub.

MJC8719 is correct. It has been released the past two years at the 4 Elf Party that takes place in December. It was a very limited the first year and was in 750's. Last year it was a 2 case limit and was in 12 oz bottles.

There have been rumors that there won't be any BBPt5 this year. Can anyone confirm?

I have not heard that but like any rumor it is always best to go to the source. Email Dark Horse, they will have better info than any of us.

Very true, I saw something on the site a while back, but better to be sure than to spread rumors. I'm emailing Dark Horse now, so we'll see if I get a reply.

I just set up my tent in line. Unfortunately I am about 275 back. Hopefully I am able to get bottles.

Man, you tried setting up your tent at the wrong end of the line again. I am at the front of the line already. Move your tent to the back of the line.

This year I am going to enjoy myself and not worry so much about all the f-ing line cutters. That really ruined 4Elf for me last year. Luckily DH had some killer brews on tap.

Now this is different the regular plead the fifth correct? You can get the regular stuff off the shelf when its available correct? Is there any still around?

If it was a brewery only release, where exactly would there be some left around?

I don't know that the regular PT5 is a brewery only release, that's kinda what I was asking.

Regular PT5 is not a brewery release Loki but I haven't seen a drop of it this year on the SE side of Michigan. First year I was not able to buy any out of the stores.

The Bourbon Barrel Plead the Fifth is just regular Plead the Fifth which has been aged in bourbon barrels. The regular Plead the Fifth is distributed, but not in huge volumes. It's not hard to get some off the shelf when it's released (at least in MI), and you might still be able to find some in a very low-traffic store, but I wouldn't bet on it.
