    So far today I have had:

    2 Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale
    Kuhnhenn Coconut Caramel Creme Mead (4th time I've had this, absolutely terrific)

    Now drinking St. Louis Gueuze Fond Tradition!

    That's a good problem to have. I'd probably say heady then smooth it out with Pliny. Pliny seemed a bit more reserved, less hoppy, but super drinkable.

    Yeah I had to do that the last two years at my daughter's high school since almost none of the Dad's volunteered so I feel your pain but it was rewarding from the standpoint of working with great young people that gave me some hope for future generations!
