They celebrated their 1 year anniversary today with a party and small bottle release. Even though the crowds were larger than expected they handled it well - gave out tickets for bottles, had separate lines for bottles and draft, multiple fast PoS machines.

They also threw a great party! Looking forward to more great events from them.

Had to chime in and agree. Had a great time, just barely made it in time for Appreciation tickets which garnered a lot of.. well, you get the idea. I've seen much larger places falter when dealing with that kind of crowd.

Never been to one of their events, but ending a three-day backpacking trip across Ventana with a stop at Sante Adairius --- can't imagine anything better.

They've been doing it right since day one, IMO.

One of the best breweries in all of Northern CA

Kudos to Tim and Adair and all the guys at Sante. Didn't get to make it to the event but looking forward to trying Appreciation real soon. Good people, good beer.

What time did people start lining up? I showed up late and missed out on bottles of Appreciation and West Ashley on tap. I talked to one of the bartenders and he said they'll be releasing more bottles in the same ticket fashion as today. Anyone know when this might be?

And yes everything was damn good as usual. Can't wait to pop open a bottle of Saison Bernice.

Drove up from Orange County for the party. Everything they do is absolutely incredible. I can't even express how impressed I was with this brewery. I was lucky enough to get 2 bottles of appreciation and some west ashley before the keg kicked. Unreal good.

    Bravo SARA, bravo.

    You're welcome hoe

For real though, Sante kills it so glad they are getting the appreciate they deserve. Just bummed the West Ashley keg blew so quick haha.

"Appreciation" was the limited release they had of 150 bottles. They also had "Bright Sea Blonde" and "Saison Bernice" available.

AWA with boysenberries. The scuttlebutt was that they harvested T-25 dregs for part of the fermentation, but I don't know if that's true.

All I know is that it was one of the best American sours I've ever had, and I didn't get bottles so I'm not just pimping my shit.

If it were released in Florida maybe, but not a CA release.

This was also what was posted on the FB page. I am guessing by all the kudos that this was the case.

2 bottle limit. First people were in line around 10:30. I believe the last person to get a ticket showed up just before 1.

Excellent party, great bottle share, and just an all round damn good time. Perfect way to ring in their one year anniversary. Congrats to Tim and Adair, and the rest of the SARA staff! It has been a great year and I very much look forward to seeing what is in store in the future.
