Jester King Bottle Share June 1st

    That makes me feel better. It's not that I don't want to bring anything really good, I just don't have much to offer at the moment. Most of the stuff I have is going out on trades to acquire more goodies. This will also be my first visit to Jester King.

    To forge a path from lurker to contributing BA member, this is my 1st post! (Don't usually feel I have much to say that you BA experts don't know lol) I plan to come Saturday and bring some offerings from my meager cellar. Is it ok to also bring snacks (fruit, cheeses, dips)? Don't want to infringe on Stanley's, but might be nice in case they don't open until 1pm. Anything else to make up for a lack of whalez?

    I say it sounds like a smashing good time!

    But Stanleys say they're open 11:30 on Saturdays?

    I'm really excited to try the Jester King tap offerings:

    Experimental Sour BA-Beer
    Struise Ignis et Flamma
    Ol Oi (finally)
    and Salt Lick!

    Hill Farmstead Everett
    Jolly Pumpkin Fuego del Otoño
    Rivertown Lambic

    And maybe a couple of 2013 BCBSs.

    I'll probably sub out one of my beers (Cascade Blueberry) for Prairie Artisan - Pirate Noir (rum barrel aged). Hopefully some of you have never tried it.

    What's our head count so far? I don't think 12 ouncers are going to cut it, so I may have to swap mine out for bigger bottles.

    Agree, I might have to drop the Supp off. The bottle is small and I don't think it would be enough to share :slight_frown:

    I notified Stanley's Farmhouse Pizza about the bottle share. They said they'll make sure they're ready to accept orders starting at 11am for all those taking part in the bottle share who are interested in ordering pizza.
