I'm about to make a trip to my local beer store. I know they carry it, but it's never too easy to drop damn near $20 on a beer... However, I am enticed by it... So for the price point, is there anything more viscous and delicious? Should I get it? Help!

Have I had it? Yes. Should you get it? Yes. Should you get it and then immediately send it to me? Absolutely.

Nope, if you stop to question whether you should or not, you shouldn't.

Fantastic beer. It's certainly one to taste if you never have. $20 seems a tad high but I think worth it for the first time. I just wouldn't regularly pay it.

I'll tell u right now I'm not a huge fan of coffee beers. There's a select few I enjoy, ex. BCBCS and Peruvian Morning. That said, Imperial Biscotti Break is an amazing beer. The coffee is extremely well balanced here. It's not as pronounced as it is in Peruvian Morning. Although I love BCBS and it's coffee counter part, IMO I give IBB the slight edge.

Yes, it would be last years batch. And thanks for the feedback guys, keep it coming! Heading to the beer store now! A side from all that... Has anybody had the Labyrinth Black Ale/Imperial Stout? Just had it recently, and it's probably one of the single best beers I ever had! It's brewed with licorice, aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, bottle fermented for about a year prior to it's release and available year round!

Don't encourage those types of prices for non barrel aged or sour beer.

IMHO Labyrinth and Epic Brewing's Big Bad Baptist are two of the best beers I have ever had, as well as two of the most underrated!

It doesn't taste like biscotti but yes (based on my memory, it was a very much coffee/roasted malt forward beer - and delicious)
