    I just tried my first bottle of that 2 days ago. I had a 2011 from a trade. Really good stuff.

    Well I've got these dogfish head beers from an IP trade I did here in Belgium. Most shops don't sell american craft beer. And if they have some it because of a trade they did. But at a local beerbar here in town they have hop dam from hopping frog on tap for the moment.

    Anyone else get sediment in this? I have a think white coating on the inside of the bottom of the bottle.

    Just bottled conditioning to gain carbonation (or sediment from being unfiltered). Very common in lots of beers. That is just the left over yeast falling out of suspension after being chilled or stored upright.

    Went to the release party for the Widmer / Cigar City collaboration "Gentlemens Club" beer. 3 Old Ales, all aged in different barrels. Rye, Bourbon, and New Oak. Each one was fantastic. Was also treated to 5 Cigar City beers which were all very good. We never get them out here in the pacific NW so it was cool to give em a try.
