My most underrated beer is Golden Road Wolf Among Weeds (this is without looking at hads rDev, which would probably show some beer of a less popular style). This beer is much better than a 3.82. Whatever. It has started to show up many places in cans (very fresh) near where I live and I am extremely happy about it. It is probably better if others don't realize how good it is.

"crummy rating" , I like that! An 85 is a pretty low rating for a good citra brew. imho alpha king is world class, fuck the zd hype, it's a great beer don't get me wrong, but ak is a great beer!

According to my statistical deviations, my five most underrated beers are (in order): Boddington's, Publication, Murphy's, Orval, and La Trappe Isid'or.

All of these are old reviews excepting Orval.

    So, Orval.

I think that Elysian's Super Fuzz is underrated at an 83.
It is a fantastic Pale Ale with a hint of blood orange. Great warm weather beer.

If we are going to discuss beers that are over looked because of something else the brewery makes, the discussion begins with Blind Pig

For this summer, at least, I would have to say Rolle Bolle from New Belgium. It's crisp, refreshing, and fucking awesome with chicken fajitas. By style it isn't much of a bpa, I guess, but I do think it's darn good.

ahh yes, blind pig. I have had ptE, and it was fantastic but I would really like to try blind pig. Touche' my friend, touche'. From the ratings and what I've heard it is a damn good ipa overshadowed by ptE...

    My curiosity is piqued.

Beers <6% ABV that arent sours. Anything that has subtle hop presence.
First beer that popped in my head.... Moose Drool - I know people think Browns are boring but this is a great beer for the style.

I can't believe Alaskan Troppelbock only gets an 82.

Yazoo Dos Perros. The Bros at least gave it a 90, but the other ranking is only an 82. This remains one of my favorite beers after trying a good chunk of the top 250.

I'd agree with Port's Mongo. I had it on tap when i was back in Pa, and they also had Hopsickle on as well. Side by side Mongo killed Hopsickle, really punked it, and I'm a big fan of Hopsickle. Fresh Mongo on tap is great stuff, and raul is right it's never on anyone list of anything.
