    Went to a craft beer bar with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago, and even though she doesn't drink beer at she's heard me rave about Cantillon and their lambics all the time, and since they had a bunch of bottles of Cantillon behind the bar we took home a bottle of Rose de Gambrinus...which we're currently drinking now!

    Figured I'd get her ready, as we're going to visit Belgium a week from tomorrow...and she actually likes it!

    I've only had Rose de Gambrinus with lots of age on it...it is by far better fresh, the raspberries come through so much more intense when it's fresher! (This one was bottled in February of this year)

    We're currently eating dinner and listening to the new Summoning album (which is incalculably amazing...SO GOOD):



    And even though I'm overseas and far away, many cheers to my father! He's the hardest working man I know, and I can't wait to share some Molsons (his go to beer) with him once I get back home in July!
