I just wanted to give a shout out and some props to Sawyer and the crew down at the Livery. Everything that I've tried from the Livery since Sawyer has taken over as head brewer has been spot on and brilliant. Not only is he doing a great job with the beers, but he is open and willing to talk about the products he is making and developing, and as a bar owner that serves their products I appreciate that greatly. So, cheers Sawyer and the crew at Livery, you're doing great things!
The Livery will be on my favorite list since the one of the proprietors (name slips my mind) gave my the Falstaff can that behind their bar when he noticed me admiring it. Since I grew up a few miles from Falstaff, the can is a really cool keepsake for me that sits behind the home bar now.
Sounds like Mikey G. I love The Livery, love the beer and love the people there. Sawyer is a hell of a brewer and a hell of a guy, I have no doubt he will continue moving things in the right direction.
They are quite a drive from me, but every time I've gone it's been worth the trip. Wish they had some more bottles out so I could enjoy their greatness more often. I'm down to my last two (one Red Molly and one Maillot Jaune).
