    Kudos to you for posting a beer that you're actually drinking in the present. Too frequently folks in these threads premise their pics with "Well, I am not drinking this now, but I was drinking it last night!" You're a purist and I approve.

    The beer was excellent. Bourbon and vanilla on the forefront; very smooth and easy to drink for 13%. Worth seeking out in my opinion.

    As for the avatar, just let it happen :wink:

    Going to try to finish off a growler of Sun King's Popcorn Pilsner.

    Favorite brewery and favorite lager style. Here's to hoping I haven't hyped it up too much in my mind....

    Russian River Sanctification. The girlfriend just tried it and said, "I really like this! Are there others like it?" She then proceeded to go into the cellar and come up with a Beat B5 (smart girl). She asked if they were similar. I told her to throw it in the fridge and find out. Updates coming soon... I'm scared...

    [​IMG]Amazingly easy to drink at 4.5% abv. Great for drinking after mowing the lawn, which is what I just did. Awesome stuff. Wish it was available in my area.
