    They certainly do make some great beers. You've got to appreciate a brewer that basically makes one style (saisons). I've tried six of theirs in all and have enjoyed each and every one (Prairie Hop is probably my favorite with Prairie Ale and Prairie 'Merica tied for a close second). There are at least two more of their beers I know of that I can get my hands on locally and definitely plan to pick them up.

    Started my vacation on the right foot: Burgers on the grill, which were cooked just in time to run out of gas! Drinking a friend's home brew. Pretty tasty!

    Dropped the dogs off at my parents, cut the grass, road trip pre-check done on the minivan.
    Time to enjoy one more delicious beer before an early end to the day gotta prepare for an early start tomorrow!

    CenteRillo Rye PA - homebrew - 65ibu and 8%

    pale malt
    vienna malt
    melanoidin malt
    rye malt
    oats

    Centennial and Amarillo hops

    It's a little maltier than it is hoppy. I'll use a little more hops next time, but I'm happy with the result. Only 4.9 gallons remain. :slight_smile:
