    New labels.

I enjoyed the beer in small quantities. They really should bottle it in 12 ounce bottles.

People love to hate all over the sweetness of this beer, but I feel like it is exactly to description and beautifully executed.

I bought one once with the plan of splitting it with the wife. I thought it was decent. She hated it.

Finishing that whole beast was not something I was prepared for and not something I'm excited to revisit.

I asked my beer guy at the place I went to get Oat and Jahva before they are gone forever, about the retirement and he said that he believes Creme Brulee is staying because the people that love it, really love it and buy a lot of it at a time. He supposes that a few (comparatively) very devout Creme Brulee fans kept it alive, compared to Oat, Jahva and Mokah.

To anyone who has one and does not want it, I am willing to facilitate a spot for it in my fridge (Wont stay there long, down in my belly it will go) free of charge.

Totally agree with this. It is exactly as advertised, well crafted...

While I can appreciate the intent, I just flat-out don't like it.

    +1

The only thing I DO NOT love about this beer is that it seems to bring up a word I hate for some reason: "cloying"

Back in the day, people used to just say "too sweet for me."

I totally agree. This was our closing beer at a beer dinner my buddies and I hosted last October in Phoenix. Served with some homemade Elsie's Irish Coffee Milk Stout ice cream and homemade pretzel ice cream. Everyone went nuts for it. Probably going to finish this years beer dinner too!

With a year on it it drinks mighty fine. Bought a bottle today (~$8) to tuck away and share in the distant future.

Share a bottle? For God's sake, this is pathetic. Bunch of babies! It's a delicious 22 ounce Imperial Stout. Just drink the whole thing yourself slowly over the course of a couple hours, you'll be fine. You'll hallucinate, but you'll be fine. : ) Have extras for friends.

This beer is absolutely FANTASTIC. That being said, 1 bottle should be split 4 ways as a dessert. To sit there and try to take down a bottle is a little over the top due to the sweetness IMO. However, a small glass of it? Delicious!!!

I bought a bottle last night. Previously, I had the 2011 batch and I thought it was very tasty but the whole bottle was far too much for me. By the end, I thought it was a mess. If I was sharing it with another person, it would have been great. I'll try this bottle when I have a chance and compare from last time.

I've said it before, my wife loves this beer and a drunk wife makes a happy husband. Traded 6 parabola for 12 creme brûlée today!

Nice. I would think you made out there, considering they have very similar price points. (Not insinuating you were trying to "win" the trade, it's just a good trade since you have access to Parabola).
