    What I'm learning is that I don't care so much for Founder's IPAs. Their porter remains in a constant struggle with GL Eddy Fitz for my top spot. FBS, obviously, power bombs every coffee stout that comes near it. Dirty Bastard is glorious. Red's Rye puts Ruthless, and most ryes, in a figure four leg lock and makes them tap out within seconds. However, after having Centennial, Devil Dancer and Double Trouble, I'm learning that Founders just isn't where I want to be with hoppy beers.

    But make no mistake : I <3 Founders.

    I wasn't really making anything. I just thought that the marble mortar and pestle would look nice next to the blue in the beer label. I had the other stuff lying around. Now you could . . . take that garlic, that orange and those peppers and make some tasty shrimp or crab.
