Pulled this one out of the cellar for my wife and I to enjoy for our 5th Anniversary around our pool. This one definitely does NOT age well. It was a fun experiment anyway.....

I feel your pain. Was in a tiny Michigan casino this afternoon and asked the bar tender if he had any craft beer. He said sure- Bud, bud light, Coors light....

Well, Rose de Gambrinus was fantastic as always, but Tilquin wins tonight.

Not bad. I agree with the Okay rating.

... and watching Billy Madison because I've been in the mood to watch it since I did this tattoo inspired by it a couple of days ago.

Very "meh" beer, and it actually says "Belgium style beer" on the label. Terrible.

Wanted to try this, and thought a Saison would be fitting for the summer solstice. Did my first pour straight up, and since it said notes of clove on the bottle, did my 2nd pour with 2 sprigs of organic clove, why the hell not?!? Didn't have any bananas in the house either...hahaha, that might have crossed the line in the sand though...

Ummm well it's not exactly apples to apples an I love em all. As good as the panzer wolf was, and I mean GOOD, I think pliny and heady both took the cake. Not gonna compare the two because that has been done and done again, but I will say that the omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar absolutely contended with both of them. Absolutely a world class DIPA. The ridiculous thing was how amazing it was after a year, since it was only brewed once about a year ago I believe. Never would have been able to tell it was past freshness, but I could only imagine what this baby was like fresh. This is my third bottle, and I am absolutely sold. World class DIPA, it contends with both heady and pliny despite being brewed in 2012.

Pls excuse my palate fatigue as I have sampled quite a few tonight
