I have 2 HF bottles that I mean to trade. I'm hesitant to send boxes in the summer, as I worry about the heat, so I planned on reinstating my trading when the weather gets cooler in September. HOWEVER, I wondered if HF Saisons (specifically Florence and Convival) may fall off or become undesirable by then. Thoughts?

You could save yourself all of the handwringing and choose the option of "drink now".

Convivial has gotten much better since release, so I think it'll be fine.

If you're near Philly i would do an in person trade for the Convivial.

If there is any style of beer that can survive the heat, it is saison. Their fermentation temp can get into the upper 80s.
