for round five, i was thinking about doing 2011 4d. but how could i pass on the bb4d? so the server gave me samples of each to compare, and the bb4d totally won out. it was the 2011 4d's great taste completely elongated and so good. so bb4d it was. my whole goal of this was to make it to 9pm when they tapped the blueberry eisbock. and somehow i did!

Thought I would hit myself with some hops after the old ale , this still tastes good to me even at 5 months old

 

Rained all day and is shaping up to be a two beer day.

 

F Mondays

 

Opened up one of my De Cam Speciaal (unlabeled ones) – had it about 6 times now, incredible every time.

 

Just decided to give in and have a Hopadillo after I stepped on a bee/wasp/somefuckingbug in the yard and it bit/stung/whothefuckknowsIcannotseewhereitgotme on my left foot pinky toe.

Pinky toe and good part of my footpad are numb. I think I am done in the yard for the day.

 

Less than a week until move back to Great Lakes/Midwest
and see my wife (she moved back over 2 weeks ago). House full of boxes
and only a few cans of soup, thought I would revisit Widmer. I haven't had
their beer in nearly 7 years. This is fine intro APA for newbies.

Filled my first nebco growler today with some galaxy and damn is it refreshing on this hot Ass day.

 

About 2009 Speedway Stout. Very interesting. Nearly no coffee and a bunch of dark fruit. Need to drink it fresh again. Feel like it has become completely different.

 

drinking bitches brew (PBR Punch) very tasty. with some lunch at the meatball shop. speaking of meatballs lol.
