Loving the suggestions  doesn't have to be a wedding theme though. I think my first beer will have to be a 3F Framboos followed by Cantillon Blåbær Lambik! A might also take a Dark Lord out the cellar too

Do the Greeks make beer? If so, I would do that. When in Sparta.....

I just wanted to say congratulations and I think a beer flight at the reception is fabulous and fun idea. A lambic, a belgian pale, a tripel, a belgian strong dark ale and a stout/desert beer or quad.

OR another way to go- a kolsch, an english pale, a scotch ale, a dark hefe, a dopplebock.

Also I did not name any beers because your avatar says england so I don't know what you have.

We used local/regional brews for our wedding 2 years ago on Martha's Vineyard. Was fun having friends and family from afar come and enjoy some of the local selections we like best. Since the UK has some great stuff, would definitely use that as a starter. The build. Stout/Dessert toasts are great. We had growlers brought out to every table for dessert.

A friend also did a Duvel toast using Magnum bottles which the servers came around the party and poured. That was pretty cool too...

    Congratulations regardless!
