Busch Light. Nothing makes you appreciate a good flavorfull beer like a crappy flavorless one. I'm serious too, when I get burnt out I usually drink a few macros. Once your palate is cleansed with macros it would be a good time to enjoy some lighter styles, Kolsch, Hefe etc.

Wait a minute... You're trying to "use" another type of beer to get you back to enjoying hoppy beers? I just find that a little funny. (I've been guilty of that as well though!)
Idk what your typical drinking routine is, but it's tough to like only hoppy beers because you'll find yourself in this same position over and over. Take a break from them for a while. Don't use beers to get you back to that "fresh palate," but go out and really explore other styles. That extreme hop craving doesn't always go away, but the appreciation for other styles will make your breaks from hops a lot more enjoyable.

Just take a break from hoppy beers. If you want to switch to Scotch Ales, Belgians, lagers, wine...go for it. Just stop drinking 100 IBU beers for a little bit.

I prefer to think of it as hop "chafing."

I always find that having something boring for a little then switching back to flavorful craft beer makes a huge difference.. As light as possible, like budweiser select, or busch light for a couple days then have that awesome IPA and it is like a revelation all over again.

I mix it up with a good stout every now and then and that seems to do the trick.

Being that you're in Bell's country I would say Oarsman would do you some good if you don't want to go cold turkey.

When Beer starts to fail me I always visit my old friend whiskey. On the beer side check out the fruity stuff. It's is a very nice change of pace from IPAs

A slightly wild, but mild Belgian IPA or Saison usually does the trick for me. Try Boulevard Tank 7 or Flying Dog Wildeman.

go for the malt ... English ales, Belgians, pilseners with known malt backbones, doppelbocks ... if you like stouts/porters, them too obviously

As much as I love the hops, I keep my American IPA/DIPA consumption to about 20-25% of what I drink because of this very phenonmenon ... I love them, but drinking too much of our hoppy beers gets me feeling green.
