Not a problem man! There are a lot of awesome people on the Southwest forums who constantly go out of there way to help local BA's out, so it was nothing. It was a damn pleasure meeting you as well. We definitely have to have another one soon.

Ok.. well that is what I had... (sorry I didn't remember correctly... but man.. I tried a lot of beers that day.. along with taking a break to go eat at Guru and drink two pints while I was there... thankfully my wife went shopping at the mall and then drove me home)

Specs on Bay Area had 3 cases. The Shell station got a second shipment on Tuesday, but there was only one left on the shelf as of yesterday afternoon.

Had 004 on tap at the brewery today, much more carbonation and tartness vs the bottle. graham commented on the drama I was creating lol. Nice and chill afternoon at the brewery today, fell in love with hop delusion all over again.

    Happy 4th everyone!

Allright Houston area, if Clear Lake area even better... I can trade a JK Funk Metal or RU55 for a bottle of this. Trying to help out a friend who was out of town. (Some may think that is a crazy trade, but I'm just not a big fan of sours... but I still want to love them..ha)

Trade pending on the Funk Metal...

Roll in the hay didn't do it for me, nice tartness on the front end and then thats it, nothing else happens. The first of this series I didn't enjoy. I will age my remaining bottle and see what happens. Maybe I just picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue.

Keep on huffin homie...the more you forget the better  Barn Burner needs to lay off the spice anyway. Good saisons = no spice additions.

Looked to be 8+ bottles of Roll in the Hay at the HEB at 290/Barker Cypress. They were in a box in a wine aisle away from the beer.

They should go with Mayan... because I feel bad for them only having Hops & Grain and Stoneys. LOL. "Okay, so 25 cases of Zoe... want some Stoneys?!" "No" *shrugs head*

Butter flavor is caused by diacytl, which is not an infection. Dirty lines could also cause that flavor.

Also, the Chardonnay barrels imparted a light buttery character to this one.
