Nobi Public House Bottle Share

1st off thanks to all that came out today, easily the biggest and best share we have ever had at Nobi. Nice to put even more faces to the names of the people on here. The Duvine 9-13 mini vert was very cool, thanks to all that contributed. Clonies walked in with a cooler full, again. Here are a few pics, although they don't do justice.

Nobi was incredibly gracious for letting all us hooligans pretty much take over the entire bar. I don't think they got one tab wrong either, so cheers to them and I hope everyone tipped well.

 

I can't agree more here. Not sure about y'all but I ordered 2 meals and tipped 100% of my tab. I do the same pretty much every time. I hope everyone else is doing the same. Thanks for bringing that up.

I had a blast! It was nice meeting everyone! I even stuck around after it was all over and had a Nobi dog and a Dale's Pale . That's what I call a Sunday Funday!

 

Oh that was glorious! Brad's cooler of goodies was awesome and so many of y'all brought kickass beers. Great meeting a bunch of you and thanks to Nobi for basically letting us take up half the place (I think the main server in our area came out pretty well on tips and was awesome)

Brad gave me three awesome beers for personal consumption, but I was easily convinced to open them at the share. It was a a pleasure sharing them with you guys!

 

My first trip to Nobi will probably be the best but we shall see . Good to meet some new folks and I would like to thank Brad for all those awesome beers he brought, Rodenbach Caractere Rogue, just wow, good stuff.

You know it's a pretty gnarly share if KBS is sitting around on a table nearly full, for well over an hour.

 

Yes. I tipped a little over 100%. Waitress was cute and an absolute saint for putting up with our drunken boorishness. Always tip your servers well! Every bottle share I've been to, the service was excellent.

 

Thank god Rainer drove me home. Christ. I promptly walked to my couch and passed out for five hours.

 

Brad shows once again he can be a world-class asshole by forcing you to down back to back Cantillons in order to keep up with his insane rate of bottle opening. I think he must get a kick out of it. [/sarcasm]

I think my favorite part was having to chug KBS, BCBCS, Speedway Kopi Luwak and Big Bad Baptist one after the other.

It was nice meeting a few new faces and I'm glad I was able to make it out. Thanks everyone for bringing such bad ass beer and the staff at Nobi couldn't have been better. Watch out for mrkmrk, he will spill rinse water all over your pork fries and have no remorse.

 

And go into your cooler to open stuff....Don't enrage the sloth. Rule #1. Have you seen a sloth throw down? It's like Koala bears on acid.
