new Trader question: Hunahpu/Dark lord

    Yes, its been done multiple times. Sorry but its that simple. If you want the other answer which I prefer, it's "if both people are happy with the trade then thats all that matters".

    DL was like $15, and Huna was like $20. So if the person trading the $15 beer adds like a four pack heady topper or four pack BBpt5 it would be more fair for the person trading the $20 beer IMO.

    How does that math work?

    OP, they trade 1:1 frequently. The $5 shouldn't be a hangup, but if it is just have the Dark Lord end kick in a decent local single.

    As several have said, Huna and DL trade 1:1 often. If the $4$ must be exact, throw in a couple Zombie Dust or Gumballhead bottles.

    No way I would give up a 4 pack of BB Pt5 by itself for 1 Huna.

    I don't mind taking a $5 hit, Dark Lord is something that I've wanted for a while and I've had my share of '13 hunahpu.
    Hell I still have one more in the cellar an a BA.

    My guess is BAStoutsNSours is either making a joke at Hunah being a much superior beer to Dark Lord, and needing something of higher quality to balance out receiving a Dark Lord. Otherwise he is taking a shot at new traders perceived dollar value of some beers.

    Either way, bottle count and demand for Hunah and Dark Lord are basically the same. I would never personally trade a Hunah for a Dark Lord, but then again I've had it before. If I hadn't and had an extra Hunah, I might.

    Exactly this. If you're haggling over a $5 difference, you're doing it all wrong. Get the beer you want and be happy.

    Agree here. Huna is much better in my opinion as well. However, DL is a good one to experience. Especially since the OP has already had a lot of Huna.
