    I know its early but I am on vacation. Starting with one of these. I have been aging a six pack for a little over a year to see if the bitterness mellows out and it sure did it tastes pheni menal right now

    Made a "Raison Saison" today... an experimental saison with raisins. Used Belgian pilsner malt for the bulk of my grist and then small percentages of wheat, crystal rye, and a little aromatic barley to accentuate the raisins. Hopped with Saaz and Tettnanger, then soaked/mashed the raisins in hot wort for five minutes before adding them at the end of the boil. I'm excited for this, I'm excited for the name, I'm excited for bed. Long day, taking the edge off with an Export Stout from The Kernel. Cheers!

    Came recommended from local beer-store guy, who I have come to trust. Not always been a favorite local brand of mine, although I will admit this is tasty. Amber color (and taste)... almost like the standard NPS Amber, but hopped up.

    Taste is awesome. Best IPA I had so far (ok i have to admit i only had dogfish head 60 and 90 minute and some other belgian IPA's) . I also love the pineapple smell it has.
