According to this site, SoCal's the next market after expansion to New York:

Hopefully, would like to be that much closer to some Hop Slam.

Cool. It probably wouldn't change my buying variety too much, but I'd definitely mix it up with a Bell's now and then. Two Hearted has become my go to when visiting the old home country - it's a nice IPA that has pretty much become ubiquitous on tap.

Unless they greatly increase the amount of that produced, we'll never see it out here. Sort of like BCBS.

It continues to totally dismay me that Northern and Southern California are treated as different states by the beer industry, but we don't actually get to separate from you clowns legally.

No unification without equal distribution! No unification without equal distribution.

Thanks for the water, chumpinksy. It's what makes our beer in Los Angeles taste so good.

    Oh, wait.

I'd love to have Two Hearted here. About the only thing better in 6 pack format would be Zombie Dust.

I must be blind, but I read that article twice and don't see much confirmation they will go to CA.

Hop Slam is not very good.

Two Hearted is awesome in a "Stone IPA is pretty solid" kinda way (Two Hearted is better and I love it but I kinda don't care about picking it up locally when there are SO MANY AWESOME IPAS AROUND HERE). And they'll be hundreds of miles from the source.

Bring on the Expedition Stout, though.

I think he's referring to the fact that there's no quote from Larry Bell in the article that states anything regarding California. The claim is made by the author, but no quote to support it.

Would love to see Mid-Westerners reactions when they are on vacation in SoCal as they see cases of Two Hearted sitting on shelves while all the local IPAs are being bought.
