Fou' Foune is the only one I've had and was completely absolutely mindblowing. One of the best beer experiences of my life.

Drink ALL of them! Keep going back and trying a new one each time.

If I HAD to pick 3, say I was on vacation or something (would that be a nod towards true beer geekdom to now plan a trip to Toronto JUST to go to this bar for Cantillon??") I would probably go with Lamvinus, vigneronne, and Gran Cru Bruoscella.

    all of them.

failing that, Fou Foune, St. Lamvinus or Vigneronne, Lou Pepe Kriek

but really there's no question that fou foune should be at the top of your list, it's one of the most delicious lambics that exists

I don't even know why I wrote Dundas lol. I've been there multiple times, it's almost across the street from the King Edward Hotel which is something of a local landmark. I guess I just had a brain fart.

Yep, although LP and Fou Foune are very hard to find even in Belgium.

St. Lamvinus is my all time favorite of theirs. Fou' Foune and the LP's after that, then the rest. In order of priority. If there's no rush, like others have said, try working your way up from the more basic/cheaper bottles.

Also, if the vigneronne 2009 and Grand Cru Bruocsella 2006 are 75 cl bottles, I would share them with a friend. From my personal experience, those two in particular (as well as some of the Zwanzes, for that matter) are a bit too tart to drink that much of in one sitting. They're all fantastic, but I personally felt myself losing appreciation and enjoyment more rapidly than I'd like for such a nice beer. The others, however, were fantastic to drink in one sitting by myself. LP Kriek with dinner is fantastic.

It is my belief that Rose de Gamrinus is the best framboise around.

In the early 2000s I sold Cantillon and always had plenty to sell. Personally, I learned to appreciate lambics, but these are beers with distinct personality! The Rose de gambrinus is eye-opening; fresh fruit, deep pucker power, and just a little glow from a Belgian jewel. I love sharing this beer with a good friend.

Thanks for that. For the longest time the difference in accuracy between my phone and PC posts was pretty stark. Thankfully that isn't the case now thanks to my new app.
