The Sun King BB Wee Mac may surprise you. I've opened two bottles in the past few weeks and found a little unexpected sourness. Probably not intentional, but it made it more enjoyable.

The Prairie Gold is one of my favorite go to sours. Most of their stuff is pretty good, but this one especially.

Lair of the bear was my west coast pick up. The guy I picked it up from said that its a Limited distribution so hopefully this is a new one for you.

The Upland Lambic should need no intro...

Glad you like it--the growler kind of forced my shipping date. I was figuring on a bomber or two from Springhouse and refining the contents over the next week or so.
Both the Troegs Flying Moufflan and the Victory Old Horizontal have 1+ years in my cellar.
The Sly Fox can has a new style lid--the whole top of the can pulls off and you can drink straight from the can. It's my new favorite tailgate/picnic beer.

Last night got home from work and there was a missed delivery slip from FedEx. All excited, I go online and set up a pickup at my local FedEx shop for this morning. Today, I get the call that the package is ready. I race down there like a bat out of hell, only to pick up an envelope that clearly doesn't contain beer. OH THE HUMANITY!!!

 

But, I am making my shopping trips later today for my targets. That ensuing joy of beer shopping should make me feel better though!

 

I'm putting together boxes this weekend. I don't even know what I'm putting in them yet. cellar cleaning.

 

I bet there is Kuhnhenn in that cellar! Probably Shorts, too.

The box being delivered tomorrow is arriving in a city that has an on-line newspaper with a picture of a New Glarus beer. Also, a person from one of their championship teams during the 70's had his ring stolen. NOT COOL!!!!

 

I'm trying to make that fit me. Doesn't matter because I was just out in the warehouse and noticed a big box sitting off to the side. There was an even bigger box underneath it. They were addressed to me!!! They came from NC (Pimpinmidget)
Nobody told me because they were all trying to fix the forklift that was damaged off loading the boxes.

I got so excited that I forgot there is another sender out there somewhere!!

 

I understand you lost your head in all the excitement, but yesiree, there are two senders....Might your forklift take another beating tomorrow? Only time will tell. I hear those 750s specialty realeased bottles from Alesmith are pretty hefty .

Just remembered that Short's Spruce Pilsner was hitting shelves well, today. So hopefully there is still some left for my targets after payday tomorrow, cuz that shits delicious. Also making a stop for the first time ever at Ann Arbor's World of Beer to see what they may have on hand. My targets' boxes are already full, but I may be sending a completely different set of brews after tomorrow.

I'm sitting here with 2 boxes next to my desk (driving me crazy, want to open, no-no, not at work) and I keep getting a whiff of something.
I'm beginning to wonder if the little guy spilled some of his pimp cologne when he was packing up the boxes.
It finally got the better of me and I popped the bigger one open. Aha! box within a box and the inner box is inside a plastic trash bag. A scented plastic trash bag. Lavender perhaps? Kind of reminds me of how my grandmother used to smell.
Anyway, super packing job and I still have no clue what's in there.

 

Are you feeling okay? Because you don't look so good. Maybe you should take the rest of the day off....
