    All grain. My first three all grain batches actually. Maris Otter is a 2-row [​IMG]. I used the Tinseth IBU formula in BeerSmith.

    SN Torpedo, followed by my first foray into The Abyss. What a delicious, delicious stout. I was a little concerned about whether or not I'd drink a bomber of this by myself, but I can see it isn't going to be a problem.

    Flipping back and forth between Red Wings and Tigers. Go D!

    After an extremely long day I am enjoying every sip of a can conditioned Sierra Nevada Pale Ale :grinning: considering what could be next on the list for me…hmmmmm, maybe something with a green and yellow label. Cheers ~

    For the exact purpose of building my knowledge of the distinct aromas, tastes, colors, and mouthfeels of each hop and grain from the ground up. That way, I can apply said knowledge to crafting my own world-class recipes. :wink:

    Edit: Just to let you know, I'm doing one gallon test batches, so it's not like I'm stuck with 5 gallons if things don't turn out well.

    2009 Old Foghorn amazed it still has this much carbonation, and the fruits have come out a bit

    Didn't know what to expect, turns out it is pretty decent. Tastes kind of like a very light american barleywine IMO. Not bad!

    Widmer Deadlift Imperial IPA, only other beer that I have had from Widmer is their Hefeweizen which isn't a bad brew but Deadlift is outstanding.
