Seriously, this is a really well-thought-out box. Lots of diversity in styles, hitting some local favorites, some more local well-known stuff, and stuff I didn't even know existed. Thank you very much to Hastur23, I'm going to enjoy these!

 

Just got home, starving after a late Friday shift, and luckily my "appetizer" from Pimpinmidget was sitting on my porch! One can each of: Catawba Valley Firewater IPA, White Zombie Ale, and Farmer Teds Farmhouse Cream Ale, Asheville Ninja Porter, and Aviator Hog Wild IPA, and Devils Tramping Ground Tripel. The cans are chilling as I type, and will be started on tonight. Thanks Pimpinmidget! You've definitely whetted my appetite with this app!!!!!

 

I have all my shopping done and beer sorted and ready to be boxed. Plan on shipping out on Monday. I hope one of my targets enjoy's a good TG APA because they are getting a lot of it.

 

Awww yeah! Enjoy it. When Monster the Cat died earlier this year they decided to stop making it. It was the first craft beer I ever bought when I moved to Syracuse (my current city of residence), so it holds a special place in my heart. Plus it's kick-ass with a nice stinky blue cheese, like a stilton.

 

Beers have been assemble. One targets all packed up ready to go. Others is waiting for the procuring of more bubble wrap. But:

Target 1: 167 oz + an extra 62.4 oz for sending to InstantMessinger (total 229.4). Average rating of 87, with some low balls ruining the curve. Or whatever. Highest rating is only a 91, and I'm not sure why as these beers rock, lowest 77 (again, not sure why). But, there are 4 unrated in the bunch, either because they are new/small, or because they are wine/mead. All MI.

Target 2: Sitting at 174oz, average rating of 89.75. Low of 80, high of 95, but there is one rated 89 that the bros rated 100, so take that as you will. All MI but one.

 

Got an awesome box from Jonathan today. Tons of stuff from three Floyds! Ill post **** hopefully tomorrow. I'm a groomsman tomorrow so I am going to bed early!

its bad enough that your sender is gonna fuck up your porch, but I am gonna either finish it off or get it started for them!!

 

is it just me or does everyone elses trade partners ( the regular to becoming regular) have a personal contest as to who can destroy the other person's porch worse. I mean it started out with a bottle or 2 and a few extras, but now with my regulars its like hiroshima kinda stuff. I find myself trying harder and harder to inflict as much damage as I can with out a law suit from Fed Ex.
