Thanks so much for posting this picture! I've been working on a list of beers and breweries with mathematical names. I had no idea a beer called ``The Kernel'' even existed. Thanks !!!

Never had a Jolly Pumpkin beer before, and I'm not really much of a witbier drinker, but this was great:

its not bad but man do i love the string under the wax. wish more brewers would do this because it makes it so damn easy and its actually kind of fun pulling it around a few times and making a perfect cut.

    cheers!!

I just randomly decided to brew again. Modified up a All Citra pale ale recipe I found over at homebrew talk. It should be pretty good. (~6% abv, 40ibu)

This is the first time I've had a Berliner Weiss, and I now know why Napolean called it, "The champagne of the North." Very crisp and refreshing, and it went excellent with the blue cheese cheddar I picked up in Wisconsin last week. Excellent offering from Schell's, and I can't wait for round two of their Noble Star collection which will be a raspberry Berliner Weiss.
