    Best part of working 4 day's a week is on Monday I can fire up the smoker and enjoy some great beer. and what goes better on a 90 degree day than a couple pork butts and a couple tall boys of Dale's Pale Ale. Happy Monday All !

    The only time I went to Cedar Point was during Halloweekends and I was there for 8 hours and went on 3 roller coasters. It was 7 hours and 59 minutes of waiting in line for 60 seconds of riding (wait for it...). My wife swears it's not always like that and that we need to go back, haha.

    Awesome stuff, Marshman! I'm a Smokemaster myself and I have some questions: 1. Is that an electric or gas smoker? 2. The grey thermo is just to take the readings at the same time on both butts, correct? I have smoked a couple of butts but only have one digital remote so I stick one in the butt and probe the other with a hand held, and I rotate the meat to try and get uniformity. 3. How long does it take you to smoke them and do you let it rest before you pull it apart with the claws, and do you chop it afterward. That is going to yield a ton of pork so I assume you are going to store some for later consumption. I went home for lunch and grilled some Italian sausage on the gasser for lunch but no beer since I might not go back if I get started!:wink:Cheers!

    yea halloweekends is the absolute best time to go! the lines do suck and get worse on weekends and halloweekend but they do have a fast lane pass now that is MORE then worth the price. wait anywhere from 3-30 minutes all day long. you can ride all the big rides 3 times plus if you want.. already have my fast lane plus ticket for tomorrow. :wink:
