Went out to grab some supplies, and sitting on the racks were several cases of Tumbler. Now, I've been an advocate for as much Octoberfests hitting the shelves as early as possible, but for some reason the thought of drinking a Tumbler in this heat frankly made me kind of ill. Blegh. Anyone else seeing this yet?

Yeah, I hate the fact that breweries have no concept of when seasons actually begin. Having said that, I absolutely love Tumbler and will happily drink that beer any time of year

All in an arms race to be first to market.

Would rather see Summerfest on the shelf till early to mid Sept. Then switch it up. Guess it's all about that shelf space being preserved.

SN does quarterly resleases, not seasonal releases. I believe a rep of theirs has even posted that on these boards. Nothing to see here, move along.

Not a fan of Tumbler because I dont like my brown ales to be that hoppy. Hop heads will disagree and I understand.

Fair enough, but I still don't see the appeal of a hoppy brown ale in the middle of July. But then again, I don't run a business.

All these early releases just mean that when you actually want to buy the beer it'll be a few months old

scratch that. Sounds like my sn distributor is just not going to carry tumbler this year and instead carrying best of beer camp draft instead. Looks like im the only one that wont be getting tumbler.

Not a horrible trade since best of beer camp is draft only this year. No variety 12s
