Last fall a couple of us had a black and tan of world wide stout 2005 and 2003 dog fish head 120 minute imperial IPA. It was awesome!!!

    Cheers!

Mixed the couple ounces of a bottle of Darkness with the last couple ounces from a bottle of Hunahpu's. Was good.

Had the pleasure of sharing some very good beers with a long standing ba member last weekend. Topped the night off with dessert, mixed ommegang indulgence stout with lindemans frambois, to make a rasberry truffle. Awesome, never thought to do that. Thanks Bob, great night.

Speedway and Hopsicle --revised Crack (not coincidently what we can get in AZ)
The Beast and Forte --Sexy Beast mmm, that was some good stuff and a good use for Forte beside dressing wounds.

One night I played a lot with Coca Cola and Guinness. Just a splash. Really good. Diesel Shandy is the drink name.

Had a Bruery Anniversary tasting last Friday. Mixed Bois, Fruet, Coton and Cuir. Delicious, but then again they were all delicious on their own.

I think it's a great idea for keg/tap beers, and for homebrews. Me personally? I'm still trying too many beers, and getting used to their profiles, to worry about mixing them. If I buy a 750, or a 4-pack, I want to experience it in its entirety clean and in the original style.

But if you've had the beer a bunch, why not? Get creative, try some stuff out.

First time and I'm very impressed! Wasn't a fan of the Pils Pivo but I had a sixer, so how do you make it better?

I did a raspberry tart with a hunahpu and it was equally fucking remarkable.

I have two of my favorite beers in the fridge a Left Hand Milk Stout and a Samuel Smiths Organic Chocolate Stout and want to make a chocolate milk stout. Any suggestions?

Just mix them. If you don't like it, go out to the store tomorrow and get two more.

Yeah dude, just do a bit of each until you get the flavor you want - if its half and half, then you get two. Blamo.

Did an Old Rasbaeus tonight. Half and half Old Rasputin and Rubaeus. I will probably do 1/3 Rubaeus 2/3 Old Raspy the next time to try to get a little better balance between the chocolate flavor in the Old Raspy and the raspberry of the Rubaeus. It still was quite enjoyable.

It is a really nice combo; I actually did something similar but with 120 and BCBS. The end result was so smooth and mild we drank way faster than we intended. Somehow the hoppy bite of the 120 and the boozy sweet burn of the BCBS cancelled each other out for what tasted like a well aged, rich, caramelly English barleywine with a touch extra floral hop character.
