    Busted my Parabola cherry this morning, damn why did I wait so long? Trying to do a video of forging a bottle opener. I'm not skilled at videoing so who knows what's gonna happen with this. I might have a video and another brew up later.

    I've been waiting a while for this! Today's my birthday and I've been planning my beer menu. I started the mmorning with my only bottle of KBS. I'm about to open a bottle of FFF Dreadnaught a friend gifted me. And after dinner with my wife, I will be ending the day with a 50/50 Eclipse Elijah Craig 12 year. Oh, why does it only come once a year?!?

    Yeah, it's god damn delicious. Get your hands on a bottle of Sucaba if you haven't had that yet.. Firestone does amazing things with barrel-aging.

    Visiting this brewery in less than a week, very excited! Spending five days in Belgium before finishing my break in Germany and the Czech Republic. So far I have Fantome, 3 Fonteinen and De Struise on my list for must visits. Don't think the Trappist breweries will allow tours or tastings so I will be drinking their beers elsewhere. Any recommendations for places to see, things to do, beers to drink while I am there? Would be much appreciated. Cheers!

    I've been sessioning Devil Dancer since 9:30am (three so far). Only thing I have to do, today, is change the oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, window handle, and detail the engine bay for a '95 Civic DX. Simple.
    I might bottle my Vanilla Almond Scotch Ale, today, too. Waiting for fermentation to actually stop. I have four one offs...
