    i'll be in chicago this weekend.. is there any chance i'll be able to get my hands on any three floyds or bourbon county to be able to bring home?

    Yes, and probably not.
    Three Floyds stuff pops up all over. Bombers hang around longer than 6-ers. Or hit the brewery a scan 45 mins away.

    Bourbon County has been sold out for months. Maybe try to set up some IP trades while you're here if you want to score BCBS.

    I second the Finches, so hard to find that we have 8 cases in backstock thats been sitting there for over a year.....

    Three Floyds bombers you can find around. The brewpub is low on stock as they have been doing work on the brewery.

    BCBS, possibly could find a 4 pack floating around for $40 at some small hole in the wall liquor store. Better off setting up a trade.

    psh, i found BCBS on the shelf last week... in Wisconsin no less! and i left it there!

    (of course, it was two single bottles, at 6.99 each.. ouch)

    Thats a pretty solid price!! Real close to avg price, most places were selling 4pks anywhere from $22-25 a 4pk which is $5.50-6.25 a bottle

    yeah i guess it wasn't too bad... i just thought $28/4pk (i paid 22 and bought a bunch) was a little steep since i still had a couple left over.

    plus, i've had more than my share and thought i'd leave it for a lucky beer hunter :wink:

    I'd go instead with Pipeworks bottles and hidden treasures at The Beer Temple , Half Acre on tap, and Fountainhead or Goose Island on Clybourn for dinner. And GI will probably have something on tap that is close to BCS.

    one hour is a bit far to travel given my circumstances. i'll be staying in downtown, are there any decent 6pack shops or whatever that i'll be able to at least get some zombiedust? i'll bring any local stuff or maybe even some of my cellar if anyone wants to set up a trade. lmk
