I've only had one. It's a new-ish session IPA from Rip Current at 3.8%. It tasted quite good.

Another vote for Fuller's Chiswick Bitter. So tasty and satisfying, and only 3.8%.

Beachwood BBQ Alpha Waves packs a ton of hoppy goodness, and also weighs in at 3.8%.

(Barely missing the cut: the amazing Red Swingline sour IPA from Trinity, at 4.1%.)

Also: de Garde's Bu Weisse and Cranberry Bu Weisse are both under 3%, and are terrific.

I'd definitely say Surly Bitter Brewer and Schell's Star of the North too. Jester King's Le Petit Prince Table Beer is also pretty solid.

Hill Farmstead Walden - so much delicious, hoppy flavor for a 4% blonde ale.

This. And quite a few Berliner Weisse varieties, naturally.

Does 4.01% count? Because Ruby Redbird is a surprisingly tasty and refreshing hot weather beer.

Wachusett Light IPA.....lots of flavor of malts & hops. I prefer it over their regular IPA.

Too many to decide on a favourite but here's a couple which I can never resist when I see them on cask; here's Belvoir brewery's Dark Horse which is simply amazing for a 3.4% ABV beer. I'd already had a decent couple of swigs from the glass before they topped it up.

And from the same stable, Belvoir Star , a traditional bitter which goes down singing hymns at 3.9% ABV

Notice the lacing; impressive as this was about the last pint from the cask.

Used to always enjoy Banks's Dark Mild & their original. I truly do miss UK ales :slight_frown:

    Monkey Chased the Weasel
    Westbrook Gose

All of these are outstanding beers with very little kick (4.0% being the highest). I just had Monkey Chased the Weasel for the first time last night and freaking loved it!

    Great input so far!

And because I started it, here's a few I haven't seen mentioned off the top of my head...(unfortunately all local, I would have mentioned others that aren't local, but they've been posted already)

    Notch Saison (3.8%)
    Notch Cerne Pivo (4%)
    Notch Session Pils (4.%)
    Notch Tafelbier (2.8%)
