Where is YOUR beer spot?

When I was living in Australia, it was definitely at the local pub. Drinking beer, playing darts, getting in on a raffle for a chook. In the US, at home...

 

Home for me also. If the place is also a restaurant then that's a place to go but it's not the same as a "regular" pub.

 

The Doom Saloon, last chair at the bar, next to the bell. Favorite place of many, many enjoyed.

The damn couch in front of the TV with some kind of food in front of me. Me, me beer&my solitude = my perfect beer spot..

 

In the front seat of my car as I drive 30 miles an hour over the speed limit on a road near where deaf and blind kids are known to cross the street before looking.

Not that it would do them much good I guess.

 

My room. Put on a good record and just relax

 

Preferably a good pub where the beer's in great condition. If not that, then at home at about 6-7 pm, relaxing after work.

Yeah, it kinda wasn't. Grumpy post, my bad. Mea culpa on that one. Wife woke me up from our nap when elbowed me in the nose.

 

Floor in my room...I usually sit on the floor with my mastiff on the bed, while I sit against my wall playing guitar.

 

At a tailgate waiting for the Ohio State game to kick off. If it's not fall then at home on my couch, playing Nintendo.

 

So, everyplace but Australia then?

 

In the spring-fall, on my screen patio with a well-paired cigar. In the winter months, on the couch in my living room with the NFL in HD on the big screen - bliss!

 

In the glider on the patio, enjoying a big ol' hefeweizen.
