Where is YOUR beer spot?

My living room. Or when I can actually get out, a stool at Prime 16 in New Haven, CT with a fresh IPA in hand.

 

I moved here from CT, heard about that place last year, but didnt get a chance to get down there when i visited home. Hoping to get the chance next year.

Been a regular here at a little place called Hearthstone in Fishers, half Pub, half coffeehouse, can get a damn good cup of fresh coffee to go after a night of drinking.

 

It rings for exceptional beers being opened and I'm glad to say I have rung it many times.

I'd like to have a spot like yours, but I've never had much space of my own. My beer spot depends on whether I'm reviewing or just enjoying. I review at my desk or the kitchen/living room table, without music 90% of the time. I just focus on the beer's goodness (in most cases). When just drinking I'll have a beer while watching a movie with the gf, with dinner, after breakfast sometimes, or at a pub.

I can never manage to carve out a set time to have a beer because my schedule changes everyday. That's why I can sometimes have a morning beer. A con and pro of having a somewhat flexible schedule.

Weekdays - 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. in my office as I wind down the self employed day(never ends)....

Weekends- earlier start at the kitchen island, living room, garage, back deck, front porch etc etc.

Just moved this week(what a hastle) need to christen all the new spots and develop new favorite beer spots!

 

My desk. Once the kids and wife go to sleep. I sit down on my desk and enjoy and good beer while fucking around on the World Wide Web.

Comfy executive "looks more expensive than it really is" computer chair and Call of Duty... That's my beer spot. I check BA between /ragequits

 

Couch, whilst pwning noobs on call of duty... after a long day.

 

+1 on the fan lights. Don't know if it is or not, but a homebuilt PC is as sexy as Natalie Portman holding a Dave...

 

Either on the couch sipping a cool craft beer, nibbling popcorn, and watching TV or listening to music, OR sitting on the back porch watching my BBQ smoker with a brisket or pork butt slow cooking. Life is good.

It is. Got a Intel I5-2500K(not overclocked but sitting at 3.5g.hz for now), 8g for ram, and a 6970 AMD card. Only have a 1920x1080p HP2311 monitor now but looking to upgrade soon. Built it over two years ago but it running like a champ and pushing 85-90% games on ultra without any problems at 45+FPS.
