It's not nearly as thick as I was expecting... surprisingly thin, not sweet, mild bitterness. It's easy drinking and enjoyable, but my mind's not blown. I wound up coincidentally rating it a 3.69/5. Heh, heh...

It gets quite a bit mintier as it warms up.

I only sampled this and it was part of a larger stout tasting and after having habanero chicken that I know destroyed our taste buds before we even had a beer. It's really good but I'm not sure I would go out of my way to buy it again.

Long night. Also hit a Dreadnaught and a growler of Mickey Finns Kolsch but wasn't in any shape to take pictures. [IMG]

Oddside Ales' Bean Flicker. Skeptical of a blonde ale with coffe, but it works. I am pleasantly surprised.

New to the community. First post. Sitting on the deck under the umbrella enjoying a Julius Echter Hefe-Weiss. Great way to start the day. Great tasting Hefe.

Had surgery on Friday, and the meds have done nothing for me, so I figured today I'm going with a more natural remedy. A first for me, and if you can't tell, I'm giving it a thumbs up.

For the record, opening this girl with one hand (and of course I'm right-handed) was not easy, but it was worth it! Now to slice some horseradish cheddar.

Is there a better beer out there than this? Firestone-Walker is killing in their barrel program.
