    As the sun sets, thought I'd crack this "heavy" one. Something went amiss with the carbonation on this one. Severely flat. Otherwise the flavor was spot on. Too bad...

    Smoked some ribs, and a Zombie Dust Chicken on the BGE.

    About to fire up the chiminea and relax on the porch with something dark and bourbon-y I think.

    Bottled 6/9/11. My bro got me this bottle at ommegang in 2011 as a wedding celebration gift. It's drinking better then when I had fresh. Next bottle will be shared with him.
