    My wife is back this afternoon from Vegas. It's been the kids and myself for five days. It seems a bit early for a beer. Wait, while I was arguing with myself, the cap popped off and poured. I wonder how long it will be before I get to sample Shorts brews again? Cheers!

    Happy to be back after a brief hiatus and enjoying a growler of Legacy IPA from Country Boy Brewing just down the road in Lexington, KY...

    Last night I had a chance to try their Paw Paw - an amber ale aged in 20-yr Pappy Van Winkle barrels. Needless to say, it was sweeter'n Krispy Kremes.
