    I'm still waiting on a bottle of this. Brett in wine isn't always a bad thing. Henri Bonneau makes some world-class Chateauneuf-Du-Pape that is all made with wild, native yeasts.

    I figured if they were serving Sam Adams Oktoberfest at the rodeo yesterday its not too early for pumpkin beers. Popped a Cigar City Good Gourd thanks to a cool BA and am really enjoying it. First pumpkin beer of the year!

    Oh and somebody give me a suggestion: I'm making habanero stuffed roast chicken for dinner, what beer should I pair up with it? I'm thinking Two Hearted, but then again what wouldn't Two Hearted pair well with?

    Resting up for the work week, doing absolutely nothing! Watching tv, looking outside, reading, games. Figured I'd start with something easy going, good, flavorful, yet light. Samuel Smiths Pale Ale fits the bill.
