    Hi again! Today is a cold and rainy day so instead of pouting I decided to open this beer and pair it with dinner. This is Hof Ten Dormaal Barrel Aged Project Brew No 2. A Belgian Blonde aged in cognac barrels. I am planning on serving this after a meal of pan seared veal rib chop, ,alongside some roasted chickpeas with sea salt and rosemary and a light but very green salad with a variety of green lettuces and a fresh lemon and thyme vinaigrette. This beer was sweet and delectable like ripe peaches with cognac and will be best in a presentation after this simple yet hearty meal that makes the most of earthy flavors that compliment the somewhat subdued Belgian character of this beer.
