What is your favorite beer that you can drink at room temp, or a bit colder during a couple of football games? Is it a particular style? Or a specific ABV?

    Room-temp session beer = oxymoron

Mild or low abv stouts are fine at just below room temp.

During football season, I usually just crush some cold 'Gansett Lagers with chili, or maybe a lowish abv pale ale, amber or something like that. Something that won't get me in trouble the next day. I do however enjoy cracking a bomber of imperial stout when taking it easy by myself.

A few pints of Pride (on cask) is perfect while watching the Chelsea FC at the pub

I'd have to reach for a dry stout...off the shelf?!

Room temp session beers? Toss it in the freezer for a few minutes at least.

    Geez.

I'm starting to think you should have to get mod approval in order to start a thread here.

Keystone light. When you're shotgunning those babies it doesn't really matter what temp they're at.

Strange question but I would say a dark mild

Most great session beers are at their best at cellar temp. Unless you are trying to down 12 in a session they regularly reach close to room temp. If you are drinking session beers at fridge temperatures you are definitely doing it wrong.

WickedSluggy said it best. Fullers London Pride (poured vigorously to imitate cask conditioning) is probably your best bet. Odell's Five Barrel Ale is an often overlooked gem from the states that would fit the bill nicely.

This is the weirdest question I've ever heard. Is your fridge broken?

Where is your fridge? But, the only thing I can really bear so far is Guinness. Let the hate flow, but I don't mind the flavor regardless of temperature.

Ordinary and Best Bitters are definitely sessionable at cellar temp.

I have tried most styles room temp. by now, I prefer everything a bit colder including RIS etc.
Orval is actually pretty solid room temp.

I actually prefer most barleywines closer to room temp... they really open up that way. But that's hardly a session beer, lol.
