Welcome to the wonderful world of distribution. Zhokov hasnt hit anywhere in North fl yet at all yet sold out most places two weeks ago. If one place gets something good even a day before another it sells out.

 

do you know or did they mention what the next delivery date is?

 

She said maybe Friday, can't be sure, they always have kinda poor info down there, this is the same girl who told me the weren't getting any Zhukov period, only to have it show and sell out before I returned a few days later.

 

"oh, you meant THAT zhukov... i'm sorry... i thought you meant final push. We weren't getting any of that. Yeah, sorry, MZ is all gone"

 

Will check friday. Going to Brewery for lunch and bottle trade, so that might work out. Probably will miss it anyway. Just my luck with this one. Maybe its the "beer gods" looking out for my wallet

 

Could be worse. I was assured on page 1 by someone very familiar with Florida geography that the panhandle most certainly IS in Florida and would be getting Life is Like, yet we haven't seen a single can of CCB delivered here since May. I won't hold my breath for any Life is Like, or even Cracker..

 

Every TW in south Florida that gets their delivery on tuesday was sold out by noon. On top of that not all TW's got a case. I have nothing to show for my efforts today thanks to my job getting in the way.

 

The way people buy Cigar City stuff in south florida t's not even worth trying.

Maybe some other shops got some bottles though?

 

Tipples in Gainesville got a whopping 12 bottles

 

That's a whole case. I'm pretty sure most stores only got about that much.

 

they reported 11 bottles on facebook...and i called after they posted it 20 minutes in and werealready sold out...i had called them every single day since last thursday asking if they were gonna get it and missed it by a couple minutes lol....i have my life is like but wanting to hook up my buddies.

 

Or do you mean you want more to solicit people for trades?

 

no i was just honestly trying to get an extra bottle of imperial sweet stout..and thought it would be a fair deal...if u want, take a look at my postings to see if i have posted any life is like in the trade forums...also, i can give you references to people who i said i would give a bottle to if they could not land one...its not me gettting more to solicit in trades, its me trying to get my friends a bottle so i can keep mine...maybe thats bad, but i had waited for montsh for this beer and intend on keeping these with the exception of friends who missed out and reg trade partners.

 

ABC in orlando got some so maybe stores down here will as well. I have been calling, but no one has anything yet.

 

Sold out at the PGA TW. People were in line at 7am. Unfortunately I was #13

 

Yeah I was 14. This was the first time I've seen them do a number system in about 3 years. I called them yesterday to see if they were getting it in. If they mentioned a number system I would've tried to get there earlier.

Cigar City releases are like the new Harry Potter book releases.

 

Except there is a lot more magic in a bottle of CCB than there is in Harry Potter and fewer allusions to life in Europe between 1939 and 1945
