    Hi everyone and cheers! No pic of the beer today because I was a little busy cooking this. I am trying out this stuffed chicken recipe for beer pairings to go with. The rice did not work with the beer I chose first up. I'm drinking it now, Ommegang Scythe and Sickle. Great beer. Went well with the stuffed chicken and the lemon roasted zucchini though. =)

    Just a quick follow-up (couldn't edit my original post), having finished and reviewed my Stone 17th Anniversary Götterdämmerung IPA...

    Holy crap - thankfully I put some food in my belly with the first pour - it may drink like an IPA but it hits like a DIPA - go git it, 'specially if you dig IPAs, German hops, or Stone anniversary ales - crisp, delicious, and packed full o' goodness.
