    Now is a good time to book your rooms before they fill up or cost twice as much because of the festival, I got a room at the Adelaide Inn for $140 with tax

    Pretty sure last year FW had block-rate deals with the local hotels - might want to wait and see if they do that again...

    You can always cancel an existing reservation if the group rates are better later, and re-book under a new rate. I didn't spend the night there for this year's festival, so I am not sure what those rates look like.

    Just called directly and booked rooms $145 King Bed rooms...Charlie on the phone says they are filling fast so call. Plus the websites may charge you now versus direct does not. Stayed a few mile away last year and the cabbing to the event was not bad...just rather stagger back and forth.
