Do you have your email confirmation?

 

Can you access your "sent" email folder on your phone? (or whatever you're using to post here?) At least they could then verify when it was sent and try to figure out what happened.

 

if you do indeed have that, it should be somewhere in your inbox.

Not at all. Just saying that there is not a reason for this thread to turn ugly. I'm not even sure the thread is warranted at all at this point.

 

You should be able to see your order history at Eventbrite.com. If your order went through it will show up there.

My best guess is that the password and promo code were entered, but registration wasn't actually completed. A few people have done the same thing. We are working on ways to make it as easy as possible for everyone.

 

I interpreted your statement, "This will go well...", as having a sarcastic backdrop (meaning that you don't really think it will go well). The context of your statement and use of ellipses were my first clues. I said (basically) that there was no reason it shouldn't go well - CCB usually does a good job of taking care of customers.

Either way, it doesn't really matter. Life (and beer) will go on. Cheers!
