Twice over the past month, I've picked up six packs of Jai Alai locally in Jacksonville and they have been "canned on" a day before I bought them. How is this possible? Forward dating?
It goes without saying, this fresh Jai Alai is incredible!

How long of a drive do you think it is from Tampa to Jacksonville?

I'm aware it's close, but considering it must go to a wholesaler, than the retail location...that's not happening in one day.

I've been lucky enough to have same day Jai Alai. Just slightly better than one day Jai Alai :stuck_out_tongue:

I see it often at TW in Clearwater. Granted, that's closer than JAX, but same concept. Can in morning, pick up by distributor, delivered next morning to store, schmuck customer (me) buys it at store in afternoon.

we do not forward date anything. our distributors get our beer as soon as it's possible. many times right from the canning line to the truck.

If you take a tour, you can have it before it's canned. :grimacing:

If this thread proves anything, it's that Jai Alai drinkers love it in the can.

Now all they have to do is stick some wood (preferably white oak) in our cans and we will really be screaming in the throws of ecstasy.
