    Alright I decided to raid the cellar and came up with this. Fresh, it was a big let down. This one has aged for 15 months. It had a nice pop with the cork and surprisingly has aged very well. Heavy funk on the nose, a very nice mouthfeel and the sourness is much more prominent, with a green apple tartness and a bit of a dry finish. The Brett funk is much more noticable. Much more enjoyable than the first time. I have 2 more which I will be leaving to age just to see what happens![​IMG]

    Heh. Thanks! It's one of four, the Mad Hatter is actually my favorite. Sadly, they wear off a little each time I (very gently!) wash them.. but I will continue to adore them while they last. :slight_smile:
