    Car camping or backpack?
    If the former, big deal.
    If the latter, bravo.

I did some quick calculations and, by my math, you need at least 7 new pancreases.

Wait, what!? This is the lady friend's favorite beer behind Blushing Monk and we have yet to open up one that is infected...and I have two bottles left in the cellar...

Saw a picture of someone who opened a bottle and it gushed everywhere

    I'll try:

    1. Adam from the Wood
    2. King Henry
    3. Herfst
    4. Rare
    5. Kate

Pretty much splitting hairs here, and if I could remember just how good they were, I'm sure Resurgam, BCBCS, and a few others would be up there too.

Oh, whew. Scared me a bit there. I guess my definition of 'infected' is a soured beer, a la a few Central Waters releases out of Amherst, WI over the course of the last couple years.

I assume this means that Seizoen Bretta is usually infected? /sarcasm

The Double Black was the one that started pushing us all toward inebriation. That beer is good but it's not to be taken lightly. She hits hard!

That shit was robust...and delicious. The lacing it left on the glassware was pretty off the chain.
